Delivery

We aim to have order fulfilment complete and orders processed for delivery within 24 hours when in stock.

Once orders are processed shipping within New Zealand will generally be between 2-5 business days depending on the region. Shipped from Hawkes Bay.

Returns

We are able to offer a 14 days return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (a faulty item) you can return your order and receive a full refund if we are unable to repair/replace the item.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. You must have proof of purchase. We cannot offer a refund due to change of mind. 

Product warranty is 6 months from date of purchase.
